Wine dinner with Cecilia Pasqua
Wine dinners continue at Forest Side, with the next event on Wednesday, 07th March, starting at 7.00pm with an intimate evening hosted by Cecilia Pasqua, from Pasqua Vigneti e Cantine, Vento, Italy.
The name Pasqua stands for quality wines, lovingly created from vineyards where there is a deep relationship with the land. Founded in 1925 in Verona, Pasqua Vigneti e Cantine was born of the Family’s love for Valpolicella. Tradition, innovation, quality, research, passion: key values that have been passed from generation to generation within the Pasqua Family.
Join Cecilia Pasqua as she introduces her family’s wines on Wednesday 07th March 2018. The dinner will be hosted in the Forest Side’s Private Dining room for up to eight guests. The evening starts at 7.00pm with a glass of fizz in the bar, giving guests the opportunity to mingle before sitting down with Celia to enjoy dinner and a selection of wines from the estate.
Priced at £135 per person, the evening includes a six-course dinner specially created for the occasion by Forest Side’s Head Chef Kevin Tickle and matched wines from Pasqua Vigneti e Cantine.
