Champagne Salon to Launch Private Dining Room
One of the rarest and most prestigious champagnes in the world, Champagne Salon’s founder Eugène-Aimé Salon was the first to create a blanc de blancs, which has since become an iconic style. Made from its own 1-hectare single vineyard
Visitors to the Forest Side will now spoiled for choice by the outstanding listings on offer, with many of the champagne house’s hardest to source vintages, provided by their sole UK importer Corney & Barrow, available to experience. Furthermore, guests will also be able to enjoy champagnes from Salon’s sister house Champagne Delamotte,
To celebrate the partnership, The Forest Side’s 10 Cover private dining room is currently being transformed into an intimate Salon & Delamotte themed space. Here guests will be able to sample a range of vintages paired with Head Chef Paul Leonard’s 6 course tasting menu, the champagnes providing a flawless accompaniment to his delicately combined flavours from premium Cumbrian ingredients.
