Furthermore, guests will also be able to enjoy champagnes from Salon’s sister house Champagne Delamotte,

To celebrate the partnership, The Forest Side’s 10 Cover private dining room is currently being transformed into an intimate Salon & Delamotte themed space. Here guests will be able to sample a range of vintages paired with Head Chef Paul Leonard’s 6 course tasting menu, the champagnes providing a flawless accompaniment to his delicately combined flavours from premium Cumbrian ingredients.
