Paul has a wealth of experience including achieving a Michelin Star at the Isle of Eriska, working at Restaurant Andrew Fairlie and Petrus
Both Paul & Kevin share the same passion for using fresh, natural and seasonal ingredients and both flourish with the utilisation of their very own growing operations.
